Hotel booked in Paris, Novotel. After I made a telephone call about eventual rescheduling my booking, they said I should not worry, all could be organized or refunded. (as my work is pretty "flexible")
My Paris meeting got rescheduled to the week after. So, after previous confirmation of GalaHotels, I called them to re-schedule my booking. Instead of rebooking, they requested me to make a new booking (and payment), and they should refund the re-scheduled booking. (PS: because this was a strange story from my point of view, I did not re-book/pay again, but used a different site).
Refund promised, (middle of January) after 21 working days, but no refund, no answers to e-mails and no reactions on calls!
Watch out carefully. Although promoted by Trivago, DON'T USE THEM!
